The Blue Squad is a rent-a-cop company located in New Westbrook. 
They are not corrupt, but they do the job they are paid for and they do it well. They are not picky about their employers, but then do not take jobs that would involve crime. They have a full staff, from officers, security, and investigators.
They are led by Captain Lance Rooker, an ex officer of MAX-TECH.
