Kess, the owner, keeps to the red desk near the entry, one eye on her tablet, one eye on the hallway. The rule is still burned into the wall, no runs on the local net, but everyone knows half the pods in back are lit because someone ignored it. She never asks questions. She just makes sure the doors stay locked, the servers stay cold, and every runner leaves owing her something.
